A love letter to our customers…

Brenda’s closet. day 103.  We had a two-day sale last week for Mother’s Day.  We sent out about 3000 emails to let people know–these are the customers who want to be in the know!

As a result, a sale is like a party!  We see all the regulars, the long time customers, the faithful, the loyal shoppers, the wonderful consignors.  Of course you come for the bargains—but we have so much fun because you’re all happy to be here.   It’s always like a reunion of friends and family–smiling faces, lots of giggling and happy chatter.

You are the reason we make the extra  effort to help you find that special item, or to put together the outfit for the wedding or the job interview, or just the right earrings!  We love to hear about your families, your trips, your day-to-day stuff.  You make our day fun and interesting.  We really do care.  You are important to us.

We thank you for supporting our business, our family and our staff.  It’s a challenging time to own a small business.  If you know us, you know we work very, very hard to give you the best of everything.  You make it possible for us to continue to do what we love.  Thank you for coming in, for shopping, and for consigning.  We couldn’t do this without  you.
