This is the first year I didn’t buy a Mother’s Day card. My beautiful mother passed the end of January. Such a hole in my heart.
She never visited our stores as she lived in Dallas, but she knew I keep her photo on my cash register, and she’s on the wall by the dressing rooms. I do what I do today because of what I learned from her.
I wanted to thank all our friends and customers who asked about her over the last few years since my dad died. Your gentle inquiries meant a lot to me. Thank you for your thoughtfulness.
